1. Who is behind Keepr

2. What this covers

Two different things are described here: the Keepr mobile app on your phone, and this marketing website. They work differently, so they are kept apart.

3. Photos and sorting in the app

You start by choosing photos yourself through your phone's own photo picker. Keepr does not scan your whole photo library. The app then holds, for as long as the session is open:

• References to the photos you selected, so they can be shown to you.
• The identifiers your phone gives for the original photos, used only to check that originals can be found before a deletion.
• File sizes, where your phone supplies them, to estimate the size of skipped photos.
• Your Keep and Skip decisions, round position, and counts.
• Permission status and any temporary error messages.

None of this is uploaded to a Keepr server, and there is no account, profile, or history saved between sessions. When you close the session, that state is gone. This does not mean your phone or a cloud photo service keeps nothing of its own — caches, thumbnails and backups are outside Keepr's control.

4. Deletion and phone permissions

Deleting is optional and always separate from sorting. If you ask Keepr to delete the photos you skipped, it checks access to the originals, shows a confirmation, checks again, and then hands the request to your phone, which runs the deletion and may ask you to confirm as well. Winners are never deleted, and Keepr does not empty your Recently Deleted or Trash.

Keepr does not use your camera, microphone, GPS location, or contacts. You can deny or withdraw photo permissions at any time in your phone's settings.

5. Sharing

When you share a winner, your phone's share sheet passes the image to the app or service you choose. That app then handles the photo under its own privacy terms. Shared photo files can still contain information stored in the file itself, such as the time or place it was taken — Keepr does not strip that out.

6. This website

This website has no accounts, no contact form, no newsletter, no analytics, no advertising tags, and no cookie-based tracking. Fonts and images are served from Keepr's own hosting rather than a third-party font service.

Like any website, the hosting provider records technical request information such as IP address, time, and pages requested, in order to serve and secure the site. Hosting provider, retention period and access controls: [to be confirmed].

7. Other parties involved

Installing or updating the app happens through an app store, which has its own terms and may collect its own information. Your phone's photo service may back photos up to the cloud independently of Keepr. Testing and distribution tools used during development may collect diagnostic information. 8. Security

Because photos and decisions stay on your device, there is no Keepr photo database to break into. No system is completely secure, and Keepr cannot make guarantees about your device, your phone's operating system, or services you share photos with.

9. Your choices and rights

You control which photos you select, whether anything is deleted, and whether anything is shared. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Requests can be sent to [contact address to be confirmed].
